My client are a global investment business headquartered in London. including within - Media, Food, Agri, Real Estate and Hospitality)
The business are currently looking to recruit a portfolio head of finance and strategy. The role is a senior position within the business and will involve working closely with the businesses and investments.

It is a multifaceted role and will include mentoring and troubleshooting of the finance teams of the portfolio, as well as importantly helping find and create value and commercial gains.

This is a critical hire for the business and will ultimately be one of the most senior figures within the business.

The individual will need to be a high-profile and impactful figure and need to gain immediate trust and respect from the management teams.

(ACCA / ACA qualified
Excellent technical foundation with a "hands-on" approach to financial management
Track record of setting standards for financial management and reporting for the Group.

Experience in managing all aspects of the finance function, including treasury and tax, with a track record of developing strong relationships with bankers, auditors and shareholders.

Experience with Private Equity owned businesses (or similar private ownership structure)
