    Description

    The Marketing Campaign Manager, is a senior position within the central Group Marketing Team, working across multiple brands, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

    The Marketing Campaign Manager (MCM) will develop and manage campaign strategies and be motivated to continue the extraordinary ongoing growth by hitting ambitious targets. The MCM will be responsible for creating and delivering measurable campaigns in collaboration with the Data and Digital Marketing Teams by developing campaign briefs, managing execution, tracking effectiveness and adhering to budgets. Ensuring timely campaign delivery and execution, the MCM will drive continued improvement by evaluating successes and identifying improvement opportunities to deliver outstanding ROI to each of our brands.

    The role:

    • Managing multiple channels and experience of working with internal teams (Copywriters / Graphic Designers) and external agencies
    • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
    • Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, direct mail, social media and content marketing.
    • Experience of utilising CRM systems and the ability to understand 'big data' in order to develop a close working relationship with the Data Team to drive lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
    • A passion for technology and the ability to implement and drive marketing automation across the marketing department.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Have proven experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the professional services industry.
    • Have experience in a senior role or can demonstrate they are ready and motivated to take the next step in their career by taking on greater responsibility.
    • Be an autonomous, driven individual who can connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
    • Be able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
    • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Experience of using Adobe products would be an advantage.
    • Should be used to and happy working in a hybrid arrangement, with regular time spent at our Head Office in Bolton.
