We have a brand new and exciting opportunity where we are looking for Loading Bay Operatives
to join us at our client site in London, at one of the world's biggest tech companies based in King's Cross.

The Loading Bay Operative will manage access/egress of all movements from the Loading Bay to client or communal areas.

We are looking for someone who is going to ensure the safety of all personnel during the movement of vehicles / machinery within the Shared Service Yards.

A typical day in the life as a Loading Bay Operative

  • Ensure that all contractors are booked in and out effectively using the relevant DMS (Delivery Management System) and maintain communication with the service teams as required.
  • To keep a proactive outlook & carry out regular patrols in the assigned area, in conjunction with the extended security team.
  • Ensuring that no unauthorised persons & vehicles are permitted to enter prohibited areas
  • Access and egress management

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence.
  • Complete knowledge of the industry guidelines, safety and health protocols
  • Familiarity with traffic flow and signs
