Our friendly Oldham client have a vacancy for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The role will be ongoing and hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish at 3.30pm on Fridays (additional hours may be worked).

Duties include purchase ledger on a paper driven system

  • Maintaining the filing system for invoices
  • Authorising and processing payments
  • Processing expenses
  • Creating company reports
  • Monitoring petty cash
  • Dealing with purchase ledger related queries
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Resolving invoice and supplier queries
  • Weekly payment runs
