Responsibilities:

Provide support to students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.
Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the wellbeing and progress of students.
Offer oneonone or small group support to students as needed.
Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to the teaching team.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, especially in a special educational needs setting.
Understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support diverse learning styles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
Relevant qualifications in education or special education are desirable.
