Roles and Responsibilities:

Build relationships with Sales/Trading, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Engineering globally to design and improve business control workflows for new regulatory implementations
Support regulatory obligation coverage to effectively investigate and remediate trading control issues that arise
Contribute to strategic initiatives to streamline pretrade and posttrade control design, workflows and processes across obligations
Develop management reporting (e.g. metrics, dashboards) to improve visibility and facilitate escalation to obligation owners, desks and senior leadership

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
13 years of relevant work experience; Exposure to global markets businesses/products (both physicals and derivatives) and trade lifecycle with a focus on Sales & Trading workflows
Experience working with Sales/Trading, Engineering and Operations to define and clarify business requirements
Ability to translate and analyze data to perform root cause / trending / impact analysis to drive decision making
Experience with data blending and data visualization software such as Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, is desirable but not required
Familiarity with business decision modeling, user acceptance testing and regression testing, is desirable but not required
Strong time and project management/organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle a fastpaced environment
Keen to develop a career in global markets / investment banking working environment
