• Proactively selling the entire product range via telephone communication.
• Handling incoming telephone, web, and email enquiries, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and communications resulting from proactive sales activities.
• Exploring new markets for potential sales opportunities.
• Working towards agreed sales targets and objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
