    Grafton Manor is a 19 bed service providing highly specialised residential support for men and women aged 18 years and older, with an acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and strokes.

    Dedicated to supporting people with an acquired brain injury to live their life, you must be an experienced Registered Manager who holds a RGN/RNM/RNLD qualification (Active NMC Pin) your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities and other initiatives. The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.

    Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.

    • RMN/RGN/RNLD qualified
