    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    We are looking for a motivated Employer's Agent to join our dynamic team in London. We are seeking someone with significant post-contract experience in an Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator role. The suitable candidate would have led largescale (£50M+) projects through site delivery from contract execution to completion and would have experience of JCT forms of contract. We have an immediate opportunity to lead a high specification residential tower in a prime central London location. This is a full or part time hybrid role.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Minimum 6 years+ experience of working in the UK construction industry.
    • Technically skilled in being able to carry out project management processes and administering JCT forms of contract from start to finish.
    • Willingness to be site based for a portion of the working week.
    • Project leadership skills which can be applied to both consultant and contractor teams.
    • Desire to develop Client and other project relationships.
    • Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
    • Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.
    • Ability to understand outcomes not just outputs.
    • Ability to take and know when to take initiative without guidance.
    • Ideally MRICS or similar professional qualification.
    • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.

    PLACE WITHIN THE BUSINESS:
