- Minimum 6 years+ experience of working in the UK construction industry.
- Technically skilled in being able to carry out project management processes and administering JCT forms of contract from start to finish.
- Willingness to be site based for a portion of the working week.
- Project leadership skills which can be applied to both consultant and contractor teams.
- Desire to develop Client and other project relationships.
- Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.
- Ability to understand outcomes not just outputs.
- Ability to take and know when to take initiative without guidance.
- Ideally MRICS or similar professional qualification.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated Employer's Agent to join our dynamic team in London. We are seeking someone with significant post-contract experience in an Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator role. The suitable candidate would have led largescale (£50M+) projects through site delivery from contract execution to completion and would have experience of JCT forms of contract. We have an immediate opportunity to lead a high specification residential tower in a prime central London location. This is a full or part time hybrid role.
