We are seeking a talented
Maintenance Engineer for an international design and manufactring business, operating from their state-of-the-art facility that will be expanding in 2023 in the Wirral area.

The Maintenance Engineer will be involved with:

As our Maintenance Engineer you will be heavily involved in planning and coordinate activities involving design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the facility.
You will establishe standards and best work place practices for pollution control, installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.

Maintenance Engineer responsibilities:

Administer and resolve all technical maintenance issues
Interface with internal customers, subcontractors and vendors on facilities, production, and maintenance equipment and other issues as they arise.
Lead and or work various project activities, perform project reviews, evaluate and reports cost & schedule where applicable
Work with staff to ensure that the maintenance management system is kept current and up to date.
Identify problems and then develop solutions for resolution.
Operate within budget and schedule constraints.

Maintenance Engineer Skills Requirements

Bachelor's in a related engineering field, Electrical, Mechanical.
Experienced Maintenance Engineer
Working knowledge in other maintenance trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing and construction would be useful
Able to trouble shoot various production equipment and systems such as: Generators, compressors, boilers, lightening, electrical panels, etc.
