Business Analyst - (Operations & Process)

Up to £34,500 + Benefits

Role:

In this position, you'll be joining an established Business Analysis function where you will provide business analysis and change delivery expertise to help deliver organisational effectiveness, by supporting the Operational business unit in all aspectsof establishing and maintaining operational processes.

This would include, performing process reviews, offering creative solutions to problems, and defining business requirements for changes within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with business stakeholders to develop and deliver effective and efficient processes
Evaluate existing processes and strategies, map and document business processes and identify areas of business and process improvement.
Plan and coordinate enhancements and changes to existing and new systems and processes, including analysis, design, documentation, testing, enduser training, and implementation for key strategy projects as well as businessasusual changes.
Support operational projects and initiatives by recommending the most effective methods of system utilisation.
Define, analyse and document feasibility, business cases, and business requirements for operational enhancements and projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business and process analysis and change delivery activities which may include process mapping and design, organisational design, operating model, IT systems, project management, testing, and change management.
Good knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
An understanding of business processes and requirementsgathering tools e.g. LEAN techniques, Kaizen, BSC, Six Sigma
Experience of influencing decisions, negotiating priorities, identifying, and mitigating risks and resolving conflicts among stakeholders
