Job Title=NHS Chief Operating Officer
Location = Remote/ Kent
Duration= 3 Months Contract initially

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional leadership throughout the Trust to the Operations workforce and strives for excellence in all aspects of the delivery of patient services.
- Perform a key role in shaping the policies and strategies for developing a continuous improvement culture as regards services throughout the Trust in order to ensure high quality, safe health care services for our patients.
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Nursing and Quality Officer to coordinate maintain and improve operational services to ensure that the Trust meets its performance targets and clinical standards obligations.
- Deliver against the Trust's equality, diversity and inclusion strategy ensuring there is a focus on inclusivity for all our people and patients.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business or Public Administration (or equivalent qualification or experience)
Knowledge / Experience / Skills:

Experienced Director - substantial demonstrable experience of working as Board-level Director

The Change Agent - substantial demonstrable experience of delivering transformative and cultural change

The Strategist - being able to work with a high tolerance for ambiguity and the capacity to quickly adapt to complexity
