The successful Year 3 Teacher will have theopportunity to work in an environment that values education andlearning utilizing their skills and experience to make a meaningfuldifference to the lives of students. As a Year 3 teacher in this lovelyand progressive school you will be responsible for teaching a rangeof subjects to Year 3 students. It will provide you with anopportunity to support and motivate students to reach their fullpotential and work alongside a supportive and excellent team ofstaff.

Year 3 Teacherresponsibilities:

• Planprepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to Year 3students using creativity and innovation to keep the studentsengaged.
• Assess andevaluate student progress providing formal and informal feedback tostudents andparents.
• Collaborate withcolleagues to plan prepare and participate in school eventsincluding extracurricularactivities.
• Establish andmaintain open and positive communication with students parents andcolleagues.
• Utilise astudentcentered approach to teaching encouraging independentthinking andproblemsolving.
• Incorporateinclusive practices into teaching approaches recognising thediverse needs ofstudents.
• Ensure accuraterecordkeeping including attendance records and student data in linewith the schoolspolicies.

Year 3Teacherrequirements:

• QTS PGCEand strong academic record
• Experience teachingkey stage 1 students.
• Knowledge andunderstanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage1.
• Excellent communication skills both verbaland written.
• Highly organised and able tomanage competing demandseffectively.
• Demonstrated ability to workeffectively as part of a team.
• Passionate aboutteaching and creating a positive learningenvironment.

Salary

Thesalary for this Year 3 position will be paid to scale on apermanent contract to scaleMPS/UPS.
