To enable us to deliver our ambitious workforce plans we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior OD Business Partner to join our hardworking, friendly OD team.

Working with a range of internal and external partners you will implement the People Strategy action plan through the design, delivery, and evaluation of a range of OD programmes for employees across all services.

Are you passionate about developing and delivering a range of innovative OD programmes to ensure colleagues have the right behaviours, skills, and knowledge to deliver excellent services to our communities?
