- Experience and knowledge looking after young children under 5 years old.
- An individual who is confident to be part of an Ofsted inspection.
- To engage in age-appropriate activities with children, such as reading, playing games, and arts and crafts
- Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring they are nutritious and meet any dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, discipline, and any specific needs of the children
- Monitor children's behaviour and address any issues or concerns in a calm and appropriate manner
- Ensure the safety of the children at all times, both indoors and outdoors

We are looking for a kind, caring individual Childminder Assistant who has previous childcare experience.
We are a very small setting our numbers vary between 4 to 6 children a day and will increase in the number of children.
Our work is based more on quality and not quantity.The ideally candidate would be offered 2 days per week start. Good understanding of the EYFS foundation stage.
