    Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

    Location: Hybrid office in London / remote (3 days in-office)

    Hours: 9:30 - 5:30

    Reporting to: Social Media Manager

    The role

    Our Marketing department is looking for a new team member to support on social media.This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the creative industries, alongside some of the world's best agencies, brands and talent.

    The role would suit a candidate with a journalism, new media, or advertising background, looking to build a career in the creative industries.

    Reporting into the Social Media Manager, the Senior Social Executive would support the creation and publishing of social media content, community management, and assist with the production of website content. We're looking for someone who's comfortable writing social-first copy, crafting engaging content across a variety of channels, editing photos and videos, and familiar with tools like InDesign. A knack for running a social content calendar, scheduling posts and understanding of analytics is essential too.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensuring our social media channels have regular, high quality and creative content output
    • Creating strong written copy, tailored to our various social channels, that have excellent grammar and spelling
    • Managing queries and messages, replying to followers and engaging with our target audiencesWorking with the wider Marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on campaigns and activities
    • Ensure our brand and tone-of-voice guidelines are consistently adhered to
    • Editing and formatting images and video for social posts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedIn
    • Uploading and scheduling of posts
    • Staying up-to-date with all developments in social media, such as new platforms and features
    • Pitching new creative ideas
    • Planning and executing coverage of live events, with occasional live reporting from events
    • Collaborating with other social media specialists in the company, such as paid media managers
    • Analysing and reporting back on the performance of social content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations for improvement
    • Working with designers to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve our business aims
