- Develop integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring marketing sourced pipeline
- Manage end-to-end campaign projects including, planning, execution , tracking and reporting
- Deliver against marketing targets, produce regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of key marketing metrics set.
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies and teams , such as designers, animators, and copywriters, who will help support elements of campaign activity
- Understanding buyer persona s , pinpoints and challenges, and propose potential solutions via a range of awareness campaigns through to consideration.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for materials within marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders across SDR, sales, product, and pre-sales teams to assist in wider demand generation strategies .
- Working with Marketing automation platforms , CRM and r eporting tools to deliver on campaigns.
- Executing on an array of marketing tactics such as LinkedIn advertising, organic social media, conversion content creation and email marketing to drive campaign goals.
- Manage Paid Advertising Across campaigns and events, including optimization of ads and reporting on success.
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or a relevant business-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives
- Results driven with a good understanding of lead generation and how to progress leads through a marketing funnel
- Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques like automation/nurtures, webinars, search, digital advertising, and physical events
- Capable of man a ging the workload of self and team while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted relationships with various stakeholders (both internally and externally)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating and executing demand generation campaigns using MarTech such as Marketo , LinkedIn and Microsoft Dynamics
- Prior experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a technology company
- Experience of preparing and presenting content
- Keen interest in technology , SaaS and industry trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist , you will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads for our Workday SaaS Products Globally . You'll oversee all elements of campaign delivery as well as report and measure on success.
