The Role

Develop the Waste and Environmental Capability in line with Cavendish Nuclear strategy and growth plans.
Support the development and implementation of capability strategies and plans.
Manage resource supply to meet nearterm and strategic demand.
Monitor and maintain staff utilisation.

This role is a full-time position that is contracted at 37 hours a week and can be based at either out Warrington, Bristol or Newbury sites with hybrid working from home arrangements.

There is a requirement for attending face-to-face meetings and / or delivering business across a range of internal and customer sites.

Essential Experience of the Capability Lead Waste and Environmental:

Demonstratable experience in the nuclear sector, ideally, within radioactive waste.
Proven experience in supporting projects throughout the service lifecycle.
Experience of line management of technical teams.

Qualifications for the Capability Lead Waste and Environmental:

Degree (or similar / equivalent qualification) in relevant technical (engineering or science) discipline.
