Description

We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to join our client, based in Marlow, an international training company working with some of the biggest names in IT and Tech.


Offering hybrid working (3 to 4 days at home and - 2 in the office) we are looking for someone flexible, hardworking and highly motivated who is able to build and manage relationships with trainers and schedule training events.

Up to £28k plus £2k bonus and benefits


Duties include

  • Planning, organisation and management of schedule courses across multiple vendor lines
  • Manage instructor and room schedules
  • Manage contract trainer schedules ensuring the right resources are booked for courses in advance
  • Book lab and courseware resources in advance of training and ensure any reservations are cancelled in line with our cancellation terms
  • Manage relationships with instructors and suppliers
  • Ensure effective cost control and budget allocation for events
  • Investigate and book cost effective instructor travel & accommodation
  • Prepare and distribute weekly instructor course preparation/information documents
  • Ensure all course evaluations are completed with a follow up process on postevent feedback
  • Assist with vendor compliance procedures/processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working with schedule or event management
  • Proactive planning experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
  • An ability to adapt quickly to situations and stay calm under pressure
  • An understanding of the need to respond quickly to sales team and customer requests
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience of working in the IT or training industry would be advantageous but not mandatory
