    JOB DESCRIPTIONABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Parts Advisor to join our team in Coalville on a full-time, permanent basis.

    Working in Vehicle Solutions, part of our organisation, the UK's largest vehicle leasing company, this role involves pre dominantly pricing parts identified by our Inspection team for Vehicles requiring refurbishment, reporting into the Senior Workshop Controller, the principle objective of this role is to ensure that Parts are monitored and priced and sent for authorisation in a timely manner and ensuring all parts are ordered, supporting Vehicle Solutions in its objective to prepare for sale, 50K vehicles per year, at the Coalville centre.


    • Obtain pricing for any parts that are required for vehicles that are in consideration for refurbishment.
    • Monitor vehicles awaiting parts to be priced, ensuring none are over the agreed KPI and reporting to the Senior Workshop Controller if any issues arise.
    • To ensure all vehicles that have received a parts price are processed and sent for authorisation.
    • To actively seek alternative providers for items that are on a long ETA or Back Order.
    • To ensure all parts are ordered "Just in Time" and relevant system/documents are updated to reflect parts ordered/arrived.
    • Working alongside other onsite teams, collaborating to achieve overall objectives in respect of all key performance metrics.
    • Supporting wider organisation initiatives and processes that help meet Scheme Customer needs and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
    • Maintain, review and audit stock levels.
    • Guide and support parts advisors
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Whilst our Coalville site is undergoing refurbishment, your role will be based at Wymeswold Airfield, Prestwold Lane LE12 5SH.ABOUT YOU

    • You are self-organised, structured, and methodical in your approach.
    • You are an effective communicator, as this role requires a high amount of contact with many departments.
    • Willingness to Learn and Develop.
    • Able to work under pressure.
    • Problem Solving Skills

    Team Player Minimum criteria:

    • Previous experience in a senior goods store or parts environment
    • Knowledge of the Motor Industry would be desirable but not essential.
    • Previous experience of delivering results in a pressurised environment.
    • A flexible approach to working hours.
    • Previous experience collaborating with suppliers
