- Managing paid social campaigns: initial strategy, set-up, activation, and creative ideation; through to campaign builds, optimisation, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance closely.

Great opportunity for a Paid Social Manager to further immerse themselves into the world of emerging D2C brands. Working in a fun, cutting-edge midsized agency, with loads of room for progression you will liaise with driven creatives supporting every touchpoint of the business from client services to creative and production.
Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will need agency experience in either Paid Social or Influencer Marketing. This role blends account management for 1-2 key accounts (pitching, onboarding, strategy) and team management of 3 Paid Social Executives (each working on 3-5 small accounts).
The Role
You will need at least 3 years' experience in Paid Social (ideally within an agency) or in-house for a D2C eCommerce brand with people management experience.
