    As the Customer Product Development Generalist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our product offerings.

    The Customer Product Development Generalist will leverage your expertise in heat transfer, woven, printed fabric, and paper product lines by bringing insights, solutions, and options to the sales team and the client
    Lead the definition of new program requirements in partnership with commercial sales teams.
    Coordinate across multiple accounts and product lines, ensuring consistency and innovation in development.
    Effectively project manage product development process from client briefing to artwork development, costing/pricing, sampling, and final approval
    This role demands a skill set that include both technical experience and market intelligence. Technical knowledge of printing, weaving, heat transfer, variable data, and manufacturing strongly preferred
    Experience in new product development
    Willing to travel to client sites within the UK, with some occasional travel outside the UK
