We are pleased to be partnered with an industry giant and leading leisure retailer as they look to appoint an eCommerce Trading Manager to join their growing team at an exciting time for the organisation.

With a turnover of over £100M and huge ambitions for growth, this is a fantastic role for an aspiring eCommerce Trading specialist to own and manage websites and drive incremental sales online. Working on high traffic sites you will be tasked with ensuring the websites are developed, optimised and managed to drive leads and sales conversion, support all digital marketing channels and maximise retail performance of the sites.

Reporting to their recently appointed eCommerce Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and data driven eCommerce Specialist.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Clear track record of Management experience in e-commerce trading and merchandising with a proven track record of delivering growth.
• Data fanatic with proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Has experience working on significant and high traffic websites
• Strong background in GA4 is a must.
