Role Responsibilities
- Processing invoices on Xero. Ensuring accurate coding and details, all in a timely manner.
- Review workflow and aged payables.
- Ensure the weekly payment run is prepared, reviewed, and paid on time each week.
- Ensure any other payments are paid on time and inline with policy.
- Ensure all processes are documented and available to other members of the team to ensure business continuity.
- Liaising with suppliers and associates and responding to queries promptly.
- Recording of payments made on accounting system.
- Supporting the Corporate finance team and the wider business.
Your Building Block of Success
- Previous Accounts payables experience is essential.
- Xero experience is desirable but not essential.
- IT literate (specifically Excel, Outlook & Microsoft packages).
- GCSE Maths and English Qualification as a minimum.
- Organised and enthusiastic person with great communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have a proactive way of working with a cando attitude.
- Resilient and flexible able to deal with contentious issues and ever changing/competing priorities.

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
