Project Support Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Medistrava is an exciting and innovative leader in the field of specialised services within medical communications, whose international client base ranges from the global top 20 pharmaceutical companies to innovative biotechs.
Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-orientated individual to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Primary Responsibilities/duties
- General administration tasks on MS Office
- Ensure patient and doctor contracts are signed and finalised according to strict process
- Processing of invoices
- Update project trackers to accurately reflect status
- Schedule meetings
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience of managing multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to meet deadlines
- An excellent team player, with experience of working collaboratively across multifaceted teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working within a fastpaced environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with pharmaceutical compliance processes and software desirable but not mandatory
