Working within a busy and collaborative residential team, we are looking for a professional, personable and motivated person to join our team as Trainee Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities (full training will be provided):

  • Liaising with potential clients about their property.
  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
  • Matching people to property.
  • Continuously looking for new opportunities for the business.
  • Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
  • Any other daily adhoc duties.

Experience

Desirable:

  • Some experience of working in the property market would be a distinct advantage.
  • Up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Some retail and/or customer service experience would be an advantage

Please note:
salary will be dependent on experience. The range given does not take account of any commission that may be added to the remuneration post training.
