Lead DBS Cook- EN3 Area per hour

7.00am - 3pm

Candidate MUST have A DBS

A DBS Lead cook is needed for a busy kitchen to cover for staff holiday + sickness where cover is needed regular

The job duties are as below

• Prepare the evening meal following recipes and menus created , serve on the counter.
• General preparation & cleaning duties , working with other kitchen assistants
• Help order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
• Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
• Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
• Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you're doing
• Leading the cooking team

There are lots of dates available as the kitchen is very busy and staff holidays are coming up

If all goes well there will be lots of cover work that will be available, some longer term and some short term and if a permanent role comes up then you will be first in line
