    Description
    Our client requires an experienced injection moulder who can oversee the factory, warehouse and workshop with a hands-on approach.
    You will use your knowledge between tool, material, ancillaries, press and process to successfully diagnose and solve problems.


    Duties:
    Review production processes on a frequent basis, ensuring that mould tools and ancillary equipment are running at optimal outputPerform troubleshooting, identify root cause and mitigation activitiesSupporting the Manufacturing Moulding Team, highlighting opportunities for improvements in the existing processes, working environment and improvements in mould and machine efficiencyEnsure health and safety, industry regulations and validated processes are adhered toPromote and encourage good housekeeping levelsOverseeing the production and warehouse team of 7

    Ideal Candidate:
    Experience in Injection Moulding ProcessingExtensive knowledge of injection moulding tooling, processes, techniques and implementationA logical and methodical approach to their dutiesTool MaintenanceGood Communication & People SkillsBasic Machine MaintenanceLicence/Certification:Fork Lift Licence (preferred)
