    1st Line IT Support Engineer with a passion for Windows / Microsoft technology environments as well as strong communication skills is sought by a high quality, managed services provider to provide excellent customer service to external clients, providing 1st line reactive support.

    The successful 1st Line IT Support Engineer should have the following knowledge:

    Confident communication skills by phone, email and in person
    Organisation skills that allow for efficient planning and prioritisation of tasks
    Enjoy helping people and working in a team, learning quickly and sharing knowledge
    Including Microsoft (Windows 8 & 10, Office 2013/2016, Office365), Apple, Networking, Backup
    Have spent at least one year in a client-facing support role (possibly working for a fast-paced IT service provider servicing multiple clients)
