    As a Senior Recruitment Consultant providing Industrial, Business Support & FM support staff at PRS Recruitment Services, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions, maintaining, building and developing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service

    Building an ongoing supplier relationship with key clients
    Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
    Writing job specifications
    Spotting opportunities for short, medium, and long term wins
    Maintaining a high-quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
    Temporary worker compliance and payroll support.
    To succeed in recruitment you need tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.

    A large part of the role is talking on the phone, you need confidence with the ability to listen and deliver a high quality service to candidates and clients.
