BWD are working exclusively with a leading multi-family office and private bank who are seeking a Risk and Compliance Associate.


As a pivotal member of the team, your role will be to provide essential compliance support to the Risk & Compliance Officer.

You'll play a crucial part in ensuring that the business activities align with regulatory frameworks and that associated risks are not only identified but effectively managed.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Monitor and maintain toptier compliance and risk programs.
  • Analyse complex data for compliance risk assessments.
  • Review materials to ensure compliance with diverse regulations.
  • Investigate and document compliance and risk issues.
  • Monitor adherence to firm policies and collaborate for effective risk management.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain the risk register.

Essential Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of financial services compliance.
  • Flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and organisational skills.
Knowledge of My Compliance Office and experience with KYC/Onboarding is also desirable.

Basic salary ranges up to £35k plus a discretionary bonus and generous benefit, including private healthcare, and 10% pension.
