    The Role

    We're on the lookout for a dynamic Leader with a focus on the EMEA region to become part of our inclusive, dynamic, and thriving team based in the heart of London.

    This managerial role is distinctively non-sales oriented but pivotal in leading our EMEA sales team. You will oversee a dedicated team managing our top clients across EMEA, addressing all inbound queries.

    Your leadership will ensure the smooth operation of our Key Accounts Sales team in London.

    You'll drive our 100% inside sales strategy through phone, email, and virtual product demonstrations.

    Who we're Looking For:

    • A minimum of 18 months of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably within a subscription-based environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A keen interest in financial markets with a willingness to expand your knowledge in this area.
    • Proven experience in a structured sales environment with a deep understanding of effective sales techniques.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team alongside creating training strategies.
    • Experienced in customer/client interaction within a professional setting.
    • Knowledgeable in engaging with large organizations
