    PARTNERSHIPS OUTREACH SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

    (PART-TIME 12 HOURS PER WEEK)

As we continue to expand our portfolio of clients and projects, we are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Outreach Specialist to help deliver our next award-winning partnerships.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Partnerships Outreach Specialist. This role requires a passion for the video games industry, along with experience in reaching out to consumer brands across various sectors. As a Partnerships Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our agency's network and fostering strategic partnerships with brands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Partnerships Outreach. Proactively reach out to consumer brands across diverse industries to explore collaboration opportunities with our agency and clients.

    Brand Pitching. Confidently pitch our agency and clients to potential partners, showcasing the value and benefits of collaboration.

    Relationship Building. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, serving as the initial main point of contact and ensuring positive interactions.

    Contra Marketing Expertise. Utilise your understanding of contra marketing to pitch mutually beneficial partnerships and promotional opportunities.

    Marketing Strategy Support. Collaborate with the partnership marketing team to develop innovative partnership strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.

    Networking. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our agency's reach and identify potential partnership leads.

    Qualifications:

    Video Games Industry Knowledge/Interest: A strong understanding of and passion for the video games industry is essential for effectively engaging with relevant brands and understanding market trends.

    Partnerships Experience. Proven experience in reaching out to consumer brands across various sectors, with a track record of successful partnership development.

    Confident Pitching Skills. Ability to confidently pitch our agency and clients to potential partners, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Contra Marketing Understanding. Familiarity with contra marketing strategies and the ability to leverage them in partnership negotiations.

    Marketing Mindset. This is not a sales role, the candidate should have a strong marketing mindset, focusing on creating value for both our agency's clients and potential partners.

    Interpersonal Skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, being personable and approachable.

    Remuneration and Benefits

    · £300 per day
