This role involves providing legal advice to a diverse clientele, managing transactions, and contributing to the firm's business development.

Handling a variety of commercial property matters including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance.
Advising on a range of commercial legal issues such as contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring.
Conducting legal research and providing clear, concise legal advice to clients.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documents.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Contributing to the firm's business development and networking activities.

Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 3 years of experience in commercial and commercial property law.
