HR Manager / HR Business Partner

Site based role 3-4 days per week. Bridgwater


Do you have human resources generalist experience, and are either looking for a HR Operational Management role or a Strategic Business Partner role? Culture Recruitment Group is helping a manufacturing and logistics company based in Somerset find their nextHR Partner.


As HR Partner you will ensure that full support is provided to Site Leadership and wider stakeholders in relation to operational HR issues, Recruitment and Employee Engagement initiatives.

You will also be responsible for setting and embedding the peopleagenda.

You will work across the full range of HR activities, including the following:

  • Day to day operational and strategic HR and ER matters
  • Delivering an exceptional onboarding process, including the delivery of the HR induction when required to sitebased employees
  • Supporting, coaching and guiding managers and directing and seeking further HR / Employee Relations support where required
  • Supporting the writing of HRrelated policies and procedures, ensuring all HR policies are reviewed and fit for purpose
To apply, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience at Site HR Manager level or above.


The following are also required:

  • CIPD level 5 or above
  • HR generalist with experience of working autonomously in Blue Collar environments ideally manufacturing or logistics
  • Previous experience of working at HR Manager or Business Partner level
  • Proactive teamplayer skills, with a high level of selfmotivation
  • Active listening, negotiation, presentation, organisational, customer service and problemsolving skills
