    Role Description:

    We are currently looking for a creative, self-motivated, and experienced Account Manager based in London, to join the Uncle team.

    Working from our London office, the successful candidate would be responsible for the Account Management of our existing and new global clients that span the music, arts, fashion and lifestyle sector.

    You will manage and develop your own portfolio of clients as well as actively seek out new opportunities and briefs from both clients direct, as well as localised media agencies.

    We need someone who is a confident presenter, networker, and salesperson. Someone who is knowledgeable about international cities as well as a strong local knowledge, who is excited about the world of outdoor media agencies, brands, and street culture. Someone who can create strategies to approach individual clients to sell in our services.

    What You'll be Doing:

    Account management

    • Writing proposals and presentations in response to briefs
    • Developing and managing client relationships both existing and new
    • Developing experiential, stunt and ambient ideas as part of the team
    • Providing excellent client service
    • Identifying and contacting potential new clients
    • Arranging presentations to introduce our services and assess client's needs
    • Ensure all introductory meetings are followed up, carrying out any action discussed.
    • Developing a strong knowledge of the inventories we offer in all global cities
    • Understand the differences in the markets we work in and have a good knowledge of international current events

    Project management

    • In conjunction with the production team you will plan, manage and implement campaigns
    • Write and manage budgets to ensure profits are maintained
    • As part of a team deliver effective, well-planned projects to the highest standard
    • Support other team members as and when required.

    About You:

    We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the below skills and experience:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Great presentation skills - verbal and written
    • An ability to build on and develop strong client relationships
    • Media and advertising savvy
    • Project management skills
    • Understanding of outdoor advertising
    • An understanding and passion for youth culture
    • Ability to plan and manage your own workload
    • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
    • A proven ability to sell in ideas and concepts
    • Familiar with working to sales targets

    The following would be advantageous:

    • A second language (preferably French or Spanish)
    • Experience working in a similar role
    • Experience working with Media Agencies
    • Ability to travel
    • Experience of experiential and ambient implementation
