The role

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements with clients and third parties, supplier contracts with the Procurement team, and intra-group agreements.

You will also liaise with the HR team in relation to employment contractsand other HR matters, review and assess client complaints, and prepare responses to the same.

Additionally, you will liaise with external counsel where required, maintain records, and report on activities.

Skills & Experience
This role requires a self-driven individual capable of working effectively independently and as part of a team. An ability to prioritise appropriately, to work under pressure, and with competing deadlines is essential.
