South East London

£24,000 per annum + Benefits

IT Support - 1st Line Support - Windows - Exchange - Network - Active Directory - Office 36- AD - Helpdesk Support - Network - Security - Server - Helpdesk
A huge Managed Service Provider that works within the educational sector are now looking for a 1st Line Engineer. You will be in the office full-time.

The 1st Line Engineer will join a team of 3 and be the first point of contact for helpdesk support issuesand resolving them within an agreed SLA.

Key Skills the 1st line Engineer will have:

2 years 1st line experience
Basic networking experience
Excellent experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
Proficient with Windows Servers
