    Reporting to:
    Head of Production

    Led by racing legend Michael Andretti, the team fields multiple entries in INDYCAR, INDY NXT, IMSA and Formula E.

    The team is now looking to expand into the pinnacle of motorsport through our Andretti Cadillac Team.

    We have an opportunity for a highly experienced Head of Manufacturing to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility.

    In this role you will be responsible for leading our multi-disciplined manufacturing teams, resources, processes and systems.

    As a start up facility, you will need to have the vision and knowledge to build an extremely agile, modern and capable manufacturing environment.

    Develop our manufacturing capabilities and processes, supporting the company manufacturing strategy
    Develop and lead a multi-skilled manufacturing team supporting the planning and prioritisation of work, performance and resources
    Define manufacturing new projects
    Lead the continual improvement of the company's manufacturing functions to deliver the highest quality products as efficiently as possible
    Work with the procurement team on manufacturing supplier agreements
    In conjunction with the Head of Quality develop an agile and effective manufacturing quality system with implementation of the necessary controls
    Develop and manage manufacturing KPIs to drive performance
    Research and investigate new manufacturing methods and technologies
    Ensure all the manufacturing functions operate in accordance to the company's Health and Safety policies

    Extensive experience in a fast-pace manufacturing environment, ideally in high level Motorsport
    Significant in depth knowledge of motorsports manufacturing methods and assemblies, particularly composites
    Proven experience of leading, inspiring and developing high performing manufacturing teams in a demanding environment,
    Proven experience of driving change and developing manufacturing processes
    A high level of computer literacy
    Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work whilst working under pressure
    Previous experience of MS applications including Outlook, Teams and Excel
    Flexible attitude with the ability to work within a team in a high pressure rapidly changing environment
