Overall Objectives:

In addition to providing the day-to-day support and management of teams; including order pick pack, PI and issue resolution for customers and customer's suppliers.

Your experience and knowledge will make you a natural point of reference for your operators andmembers of the operations team.

Your colleagues will see you as an individual who delivers excellent standards on a daily basis and actively promotes good practices.

You will be proactive in acknowledging and resolving areas requiring improvement and embracing the Quality System.

In some cases you will also have a dedicated team to manage as well as responsibility for supporting your team in delivering their objectives.

You will promote a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety are being adhered to.

Working with your peers to ensure efficient use of shared resource across all the warehouse.

Core Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to organise team workload and delegate as appropriate.
Desire to motivate, support, mentor and train individuals and teams.
Take ownership of issues and suggest solutions as well as query resolution and logging.

Key Objectives:

To be a natural point of escalation and support for Warehouse Coordinators.
To provide cover and support when required for relevant Warehouse Foreman.
To manage critical activity and when required support to larger teams and or operations within the warehouse.

To run weekly reports and analyse slow and fast moving stock and physically action any stock movements required to ensure that the pick face is efficient.

The overall objective is to maintain and where appropriate improve picking effectiveness.
To ensure that the daily workload is completed with the labour required and within the timescales given.
To ensure all personnel adhere to all Company, legal, environmental, ISO, security and Health and Safety procedures and standards.
