Interim Assistant Director of Partnership Services - Maternity CoverNorwich
From: 4th March 2024 To: 28th February 2025
Salary:
SCP 30 £40,019.20 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity in our Senior Management Team for a leader who has excellent communications skills and would like to play a strategic role in the development and delivery of our high performing Partnership Services.
As Interim Assistant Director of Partnership Services (Maternity Cover) you will be responsible for the contractual performance of our Admission Prevention & Discharge Support Service and our Liaison & Diversion Service.
You will be responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the service, providing line management to a team of Service Managers in order to ensure the services are delivered in accordance with our contractual requirements.

- Admission Prevention and Discharge Support Service
The service supports people who are highly likely to be admitted, or re-admitted, to a psychiatric hospital without stepped-up support in the community.
The service provides support to people who live in Norfolk and Waveney between the hours of 10:00 and 20:00, seven days per week including bank holidays.
People accessing the service can receive one hour of daily support, depending on the needs of the person, for up to six weeks at a time.
- Liaison & Diversion
The Liaison & Diversion Service is available to anyone in Norfolk and Suffolk aged 10 and above, who have been in custody or prior to or during a court attendance.
It also includes our Through the Gates Service, for people who are on remand or a short sentence at HMP Norwich and supports them to put in place the resources they need for when they leave prison, including help accessing accommodation.
