Hunter Chase Consultants are delighted to be looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join a successful and growing agricultural business on a full-time basis.

The role involves becoming an expert in the company's software to provide support to internal and external users, agronomists, and farm-based clients.

To provide technical support to end users, farm-based clients, agronomists and sales partners to enable the best use of available software.

Provide assistance in managing the daily running of the helpdesk, ensuring that all requests are dealt with appropriately.

Collaborate with the preparation and delivery of training resources to colleagues, clients and prospective clients to ensure they are fully supported throughout their use of the platform.

Review clients needs to give feedback to ensure that software services are performing to the top standard, and to identify areas for improvement.

Ideally candidates will be office-based, but a degree of hybrid working will be possible by arrangement. Flexibility is required, with some out-of-hours rota support during peak times.

This role entails continuous learning to become an expert in services offered, providing top-tier technical support and excellent customer service to both internal and external users.
