- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Propose enhancements for process safety and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in key processes.
- Implement systems for continuous assessment and enhancement of current and new products.
- Methodically reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to minimize scrap levels and boost OEE.
- Provide technical support to production and Operations areas as needed.
- Contribute to new projects and product introductions, including assessing requirements for new products and machinery.
- Act as the primary technical expert for the process engineering function.
- Train and develop the Technician Team to bridge skill gaps and meet training needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on technical excellence.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Participate in various reviews and trials related to tools, processes, and components.
