    As a Client Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a designated list of clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving sales to secure further work and projects. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, becoming the face of the company to the client's booking teams.     Key responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and updates on projects, services, and industry news.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and work closely with the internal team to address any issues, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained.

    Specific requirements

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Actively seek out new opportunities within your client list, securing further work and projects.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and preferences, tailoring services and offerings to meet their requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales.

    Quoting and Scheduling:


    • Handle inbound inquiries and create quotes using the company's quoting software.


    • Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all necessary information.

    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.

    Reporting and Analysis:


    • Regularly review client accounts to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.


    • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and revenue to the Group Business

    Development Director and other stakeholders.


    • Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments, sharing insights with the team and clients as appropriate.

    Person requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
    • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
    • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
