We have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and quickly expanding company as a
Junior Inventory Administrator.

The Role:

-
Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Sundays worked on a rotational basis 12pm - 4pm):

-
8am - 5pm:

-
Full-time and permanent role:

45 hours per week

The role of
Junior Inventory Administrator is to support the inventory team, specifically around goods in & supplier management, to ensure a smooth goods in schedule as well as reducing errors against paperwork.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to get exposure to inventory management, working and supporting the team across multiple areas.

Booking in deliveries from external suppliers
Managing the paperwork being returned, spot checking for errors
Supporting the team in buying goods, specially JIT items
Answering the phone and directing queries to the relevant personnel
Investigating queries, matching paperwork and POD's to understand the correct outcome required
Executing key administrative tasks to assist the Inventory team

Knowledge, skills, experience and competencies

Comfortable communicating through all available communication tools

- 'Attention to Detail' is Key

Enthusiastic and driven, with a desire to learn and progress
Ability to work independently, can use own initiative when require
Like working in a fast paced constantly evolving environment
Good knowledge on using Excel
