Package £20k basic OTE £50k - £70k


iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Fleet who are looking for a Sales Executive to join their rapidly expanding team.

They are looking for a self-motivated, money hungry, team player.

This is an opportunity to really earn somemoney as their commission scheme is one of the best in the industry.

This isn't a cold calling position; all leads are warm.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contacting warm leads by phone provid0ed by the business (NO COLD CALLING). All these warm leads have already expressed an interest in the organisation and it's your responsibility to encourage them to enrol.
  • Hit sales targets set by your team manager, but also challenging yourself further than the set targets.
  • Provide world class customer service at all times, speaking clearly and confidently to ensure a client's return to the business.
  • Manage your own admin and pipe line through theirk CRM
  • Building rapports with potential clients and explaining the packages available to them

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Able to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements.
  • Used to rejections and making a lot of calls
  • Track record in Sales
  • Track record for hitting targets
  • Willing to put hours in to gain the commission
  • Good time management
  • Good eye for detail
  • Confident and able to communicate with a diverse customer base
  • Mindset of a winner
  • Background in phone based sales either insurance /debt collecting / selling courses / life insurance preferred
