Position Description:

PI Configuration Engineer_

Product Information (PI) is the beating heart of our business.

As a department we are responsible for the delivery of coherent and timely Product Specification and Bill of Materials in line with Programme timing.

This exciting and equally stimulating roleoffers the opportunity to join a critical area within the business.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Helping support the definition of the Configuration Model for requirements
Helping to understand and deliver the creation and adherence of new processes to enable configuration of requirements within the 3DExperience Toolset
Identification of process improvements in support of Engineering Teams
Managing your own throughput.
Providing support to our Engineering teams in the systems Engineering development.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Natural problem solver and someone who enjoys working with and understanding data.

- "Can Do" attitude and a logical approach to working through issues as they arise.

Capable of interacting with a range of different stakeholders and able to manage their workload within the team.
This is a key role that requires a balance of business capabilities to deliver its key objectives, including; Stakeholder Engagement skills, Project Management, and knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Able to manage delivery of multiple tasks Complex problem solving skills Selfmotivated and driven

Preferred:

An understanding of the Systems V Engineering Model will also be beneficial.
