As our Product Manager you will be highly strategic and steer the development of our SaaS products. In this role, you will identify customer pain points and advise on crucial technical requirements. You will be at the forefront of our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions with exceptional user experiences.

As our Product Manager you will:

• Develop and communicate our product vision and strategy.
• Align the product roadmap with our long-term goals.
• Utilise industry knowledge to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about evolving customer needs.
• Understand and represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are central to product development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and prioritise key technical requirements.
• Ensure that the product aligns with technical capabilities and constraints.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
• Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, customer success and sales teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital products.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams.
• Lead the product development process, from concept to delivery.
• Make informed decisions and trade-offs to achieve product goals.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure that products are intuitive and engaging.
• Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions, measure product success, and drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager and experience within a B2B/ B2B2C SaaS start-up environment.
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Enjoys and excels in a fast paced environment with a level of ambiguity on requirements.
• Has exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills - adept at working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Has a strong delivery focus and excellent attention to detail.
• Hands on and flexible attitude towards a rapidly changing landscape.
• Good knowledge of UX and UI methodologies.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
• The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms would be highly advantageous.

Salary up to £65,000 dependant on experience.
