Location:
Leeds (LS2)


Day rate:
£170 per day - payable to ltd company/Outside IR35 OR umbrella company (contractor's choice)


Duration: 3 months initially


Start date:

ASAP

Standard hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm


Role

We have a great opportunity for a Floorwalker & Desktop Support Engineer, based onsite in Leeds, for an initial 3 month contract.

This role will suit someone who is a self-starter, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys troubleshooting in a large Microsoft environment.

**Duties
**- Responsible for providing floorwalking and desktop support, specifically for Office 365, SharePoint, core MS Apps, printers, AV

  • Providing project support to users for any postbuild or deployment related issues
  • Resolving issues by providing deskside support
  • Coordinating workload with fellow engineers
  • Undertaking adhoc desktop project work
  • Using ServiceNow ITSM

Requirements:


  • Desktop support experience
  • Experience of troubleshooting and deskside user support
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
