Day rate:
£170 per day - payable to ltd company/Outside IR35 OR umbrella company (contractor's choice)
Duration: 3 months initially
Start date:
ASAP
Standard hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Role
We have a great opportunity for a Floorwalker & Desktop Support Engineer, based onsite in Leeds, for an initial 3 month contract.
This role will suit someone who is a self-starter, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys troubleshooting in a large Microsoft environment.
**Duties**- Responsible for providing floorwalking and desktop support, specifically for Office 365, SharePoint, core MS Apps, printers, AV
- Providing project support to users for any postbuild or deployment related issues
- Resolving issues by providing deskside support
- Coordinating workload with fellow engineers
- Undertaking adhoc desktop project work
- Using ServiceNow ITSM
Requirements:
- Desktop support experience
- Experience of troubleshooting and deskside user support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
