Lead Engineer O365- Bath - Hybrid Working
Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Bath based organisation, with their search for a Lead/ Principal O365 Engineer to join their team
This is a pivotal role for the organisation shaping and changing the technology services provided across the business. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Applications, this role is an integral part of the leadership team, providing strategic direction for the broader Delivery & Operations function and will have line management responsibilities
Provide leadership and team management, under a matrix structurecontinuous improvement, and embedding best practices, processes, and methods.
Ensure operational IT Service Delivery, aligning services with agreed-upon service levels, standards, and policies.
Service delivery, project and budget management
Experienced team lead/ management who can demonstrate project/service delivery
Windows Server, all versions including core
Exchange, SharePoint and Azure AD
Power Platform Management
